Refunds and cancellation

The outreach pilot is approved and invoiced manually. There is no self-service checkout, automatic trial, or general refund guarantee.

Before you pay

We review the requested seat count and country, check that country-matched sender IPs can cover the intended paid period, then send a quote or invoice. Review that document's amount, term, tax treatment, and any specific cancellation or refund conditions before making a payment. An access request alone does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.

The refund terms for the separate Unravler social scheduler product do not automatically apply to outreach pilot invoices.

Cancel at the paid-period end

An authorized workspace administrator can schedule cancellation in the outreach billing settings during an active paid period. The cancellation is set for the recorded paid-through date. Unless access must be paused for another reason, the paid period continues until that date. We handle proxy-provider renewal separately; disabling renewal does not necessarily end an already-purchased provider term early.

If you cannot access the billing settings, email [email protected] from your billing or workspace email. Include the workspace name and invoice reference, but do not send session cookies, passwords, or payment-card details.

Ask about a refund or billing error

Email [email protected] with the invoice reference, workspace email, reason for the request, and any relevant dates. We will review it against the written order terms, the service provided, and applicable law. This page does not promise automatic, prorated, or time-limited refunds, and it does not remove any rights that applicable law gives you.

For a payment you did not authorize or an amount you believe is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate the invoice and payment record.

What happens when access ends

At the paid-through date, active outreach work is paused, queued actions are canceled, and the sender connection may need to be established again before a later paid period can be used. Connected sender IP assignments may remain reserved through an already-paid provider term; they are not automatically transferred to a different customer.

Returning later is a new access review. It depends on a verified invoice, available country-matched infrastructure, and a fresh sender connection. Ask for a copy of your recorded paid-through date or cancellation status at [email protected].
