Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of a company or other legal entity (“you,” “your”), and UNRAVLER TECHNOLOGIES (“Unravler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of www.unravler.com, app.unravler.com, and the Unravler Outreach platform (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Acceptance of Terms & Parties
UNRAVLER TECHNOLOGIES, registered under Udyam number UDYAM-JH-20-0144275 at Om Niwas, Near Over Bridge, Anantpur Road, New Anantpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834002, India, operates the Service. By creating an account, requesting or activating a paid pilot, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service & Pilot Availability
Unravler Outreach provides cloud software that helps B2B teams organize and personalize outbound outreach across LinkedIn and email, including lead list management, visual multichannel sequence building, AI-assisted drafting, Engage social warm-up review, dedicated static residential (ISP) proxy leasing, and a Unified Outreach Inbox.
Access to live sender features is currently offered through an invite-only, operator-verified paid pilot. Submitting an access request does not guarantee immediate activation or proxy availability in every requested region. Features, integrations, and daily safety limits may be modified, gated, or paused as we maintain platform safety and service reliability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or upstream platform changes may affect availability.
3. Accounts, Eligibility & User Representations
The Service is intended strictly for business and professional use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration, workspace, and billing information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly update it as needed;
- You will connect only LinkedIn accounts and email mailboxes that you own or have explicit legal authorization to operate;
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, TOTP multi-factor authentication codes, and session cookies/tokens, and for all activity occurring under your workspace;
- You will notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your workspace or sender connection.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You may access and use the Service only for lawful business outreach and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent communications, or engage in bulk unsolicited spam;
- Collect, upload, or process personal data of prospects in violation of applicable data protection, privacy, or anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, PECR, or India’s DPDP Act);
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service, including workspace role permissions, daily activity control caps, or uncertain-action provenance holds;
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or reverse-engineer any software, sequence compiler, or source code comprising the Service;
- Resell, white-label, frame, or sublicense the Service without our express prior written consent, or use the Service to build or benchmark a directly competing product;
- Upload or transmit viruses, trojan horses, spyware, or malicious payloads, or place an undue automated burden on our API, workers, or infrastructure;
- Impersonate another person or entity, or submit false abuse or support reports to our team.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section, with notice where practicable.
5. LinkedIn Relationship & Platform Risk Disclosure
Important Platform Notice: Unravler Technologies is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by LinkedIn Corporation. All LinkedIn® trademarks and logos are the property of LinkedIn. Unravler Outreach’s sender connection uses session cookies or session tokens over unofficial interfaces rather than LinkedIn’s official OAuth publishing API. LinkedIn’s User Agreement restricts unauthorized automated access, scraping, connection invitations, messaging, likes, and comments. Using session-based outreach features carries an inherent risk of account restriction or account suspension by LinkedIn. Dedicated residential ISP proxies, warm-up ceilings, working-hours schedules, human review, or randomized delays do not make unauthorized automation compliant with LinkedIn’s terms or eliminate that risk. You assume full responsibility for how you connect and use your LinkedIn account.
6. Subscriptions, Pilot Billing & Fees
The Unravler Outreach paid pilot is priced at a flat rate of $59 USD per sender seat per month (for 1 to 5 sender seats per workspace in a single requested proxy country). Key billing terms include:
- Manual Invoice & Operator Verification: There is no public self-serve card checkout or automatic recurring card charge on this website. When you request managed access in Settings → Billing, our team checks dedicated static ISP proxy inventory in your requested country and issues a written quote/invoice. Paid access is activated only after external invoice payment is verified by an operator.
- Billing Period & Seat Allocation: Each paid term covers the agreed number of sender seats (1–5) through the stated
paid_throughdate. Each connected sender seat is assigned a 1:1 dedicated static residential (ISP) proxy lease for the duration of the paid term. - Taxes & Pricing Updates: Fees are stated in US Dollars (or equivalent invoiced currency) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST/VAT), which will be itemized on your invoice where required by law.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the application or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; your workspace retains active outreach access until the paid_through date, and no further renewal invoice will be issued unless requested.
When a paid term ends or is canceled immediately at your request, active campaigns are paused, queued tasks are canceled, and stored sender session secrets are scrubbed. Because dedicated country-matched static ISP proxies are provisioned and reserved upon activation, fees for an active or completed billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as detailed in our Billing & Cancellations Policy.
8. Intellectual Property & Software License
Unravler Technologies and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all source code, databases, visual sequence compilers, website designs, text, graphics, and trademarks. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.
You retain full ownership of the content and data you create or upload to your workspace, including outreach copy, sequence templates, swipe files, and prospect lists. You grant Unravler a limited license to host, process, encrypt, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide and secure the Service for your workspace.
9. Google API & Connected Mailbox Compliance
When you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox to Unravler Outreach, our processing of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used exclusively to send and synchronize emails within your authorized outreach sequences, is never used for advertising or sold to third parties, and is protected by strict encryption and access controls as detailed in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
10. Data, Privacy & Workspace Content
Our collection and processing of personal data in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a valid legal basis to import, store, and contact the prospects in your workspace and for reviewing AI-generated drafts before they are sent.
11. Disclaimers & No Guaranteed Outcome
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT LINKEDIN OR ANY EMAIL PROVIDER WILL PERMIT ANY PARTICULAR OUTREACH ACTIVITY, OR THAT YOUR CAMPAIGNS WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC CONNECTION ACCEPTANCE RATE, REPLY RATE, OR REVENUE OUTCOME.
12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Unravler Technologies, its proprietor, employees, or suppliers be liable under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (a) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or third-party social media account access; or (c) any direct damages exceeding the total fees actually paid by you to Unravler for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unravler Technologies and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your workspace content and prospect data, your violation of third-party platform terms, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination & Survival
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay verified invoices when due, or if continued operation creates a security, legal, or operational risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law—shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law, Changes & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your jurisdiction. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and provide notice via email or in-app banner where appropriate.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or submitted through our Contact Us page.
